As many got ready for an extra long weekend, this important article regarding energy and more specifically the JH Campbell’s power plant was released.
The main talking point I have heard of those opposed to keeping the power plant open is a narrative of how much money it is costing consumers.
Now that narrative has been challenged.
“Without the plant’s continued operation, it would have been more expensive for Michigan
electric payers.”
Securing enough baseload energy will continue to be the responsible path forward.
