The Department of Strategic Impact 2025 Annual Report was presented by Director Paul Sachs during the January 27, 2026 Board of Commissioners meeting. Attached is the full report and additional comments provided by Paul can be listened to from minute 13:30-22:20.

Recently, the Department of Strategic Impact helped lead the organization efforts of the county hosting the PA233 forum to assist local electeds and those sitting on planning and zoning commissions to understand the effects of the bad law in Michigan and best ways of navigating the current obstacles. This was a very well attended event and I applaud the organizational efforts from Paul and other key staff members.
